Our objective is to push the limits of how far (or how close!) a restaurant can go in its quest to be a sustainable business.
Our restaurant specializes in exclusively local ingredients, clean energy, and responsible waste management.
The cuisine of chef-owner Tim Moroney is conscious, creative, and intentional. His approach manifests in dishes that are simultaneously humble and refined.

Our experience is bar seating only.
Please note that we are a NO TIP restaurant.
For the month of March 2026, we are offering a special "cocktail bar" experience. Your 40$ ticket includes two alcoholic* cocktails off of our menu.
All other drinks and food are presented "à la carte". Our food menu will be composed of 7-8 items that share well. Come discover a casual way to enjoy Restaurant Alentours!
